Opening Passione Panzano

On 8 July, the cultural month in Panzano in Chianti celebrates its official start. There are many highlights in the historical castle of Panzano for you to enjoy:

Pianist Billy Lester with his best works

Jazz-Pianist Billy Lester plays in the historical castle of Panzano during the big opening of Passione Panzano. His following two concerts take place on the marvellous sun terraces of the surrounding organic wineries.

Daniel Ferro has already been a teacher to some of the world’s best singers. In the summer months he visits Tuscany for the 21^st time with his top-class New York “VocalProgram“. On two opera aria evenings, the extraordinary singers of his master class from all over the world impress the audience in Greve and Panzano in Chianti.

• 24 July 2015 in the Romanesque church San Leolino in Panzano in Chianti, followed by a buffet in the cloister. Free entrance.

Exhibitions in Panzano in Chianti

Besides musical pleasures, the month of July in Chianti also offers great visual impressions. The exhibitions in idyllic scenery show works by artists from Panzano and surroundings as well as by international guests like the New York artist Julie Eisen-Lester. In addition, painting classes for interested minds are offered.
